Angel's Stuffed Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

Angels Stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients~~~

1 large field mushroom per person
thickly slices of ripe tomato
¼ tespoon finely chopped fresh Greek Oragano, plus
¼ teaspoon finely chopped fresh sage, mixed together.
¼ cup grated tasty cheese
½ teaspoon Balamic vinegar.

INSTRUCTIONS

Wipe mushroom caps clean with a cloth. Do not peel. Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF. Place mushrooms onto an oven pan. Cap side down. Sprinkle with the mixed chopped herbs, then top with some of the grated cheese and a light sprinkle of Balsamic vinegar. Add a slice of tomato, finally top off with the remaining cheese and a light sprinkling salt and pepper.

Place in preheated oven until mushrooms are tender when tested with a skewer (about 30 minutes).

CHEF COMMENTS

Very easilly prepared, and so yummy with a mixed barbecue, and a dollop of green tossed salad.
