1 pound shrimp -- boiled,peeled,cut up
1 pound crab meat -- picked over
2 cups celery -- chopped fine
1 teaspoon onion -- chopped fine
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 clove garlic -- minced
4 Tablespoons cold water
2 envelopes gelatin
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Dissolve over low heat. Combine all ingredients in mold and stir lightly.

CHEF COMMENTS

This is great with Party Rye bread.
