Gram's Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS

Graham crackers 2 cups
Sour cream 1 pint
Sugar 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp.
Cream Cheese (SOFTEN)3 cups
Vanilla 1 tbls.
Butter 1/2 cup melted

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix butter with ground crackers; form into crust in pie plate. Mix sour cream salt, sugar and cream cheese; pour into crust. Bake at 425°F for 1-1/2 hours. Let cool, serve.
