Marinated Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Servings: 6 servings

INGREDIENTS

3 pork tenderloins
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
1/2 tsp five spice powder or cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place all ingredients in a glass bow, mix to coat pork. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning pork occasionally.
2. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove pork from marinade. Fold thin tail of tenderloin underneath and place on a foil lined baking sheet.
3. Roast pork for 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked.
4. While pork is cooking, place marinade in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Use this to baste pork during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
5. When pork is cooked, cool and refrigerate.
