INGREDIENTS

1 quarter of oysters, drained
Italian Bread Crumbs
Parmesan Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Roll oysters in Italian bread crumbs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Broil on an ungreased baking sheet for approximately 10-15 minutes, until edges curl.

CHEF COMMENTS

Excellent if you worry about eating raw oysters.
