INGREDIENTS

1 can tuna (water-packed)
1 Tablespoon mayonaise (light)
1 ounce (20 halves) pecans
1/4 cup crushed pineapple (packed in juice)

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in container of a food processor. Blend well.

CHEF COMMENTS

Very good spread on your favorite (low fat) crackers. One recipe is filling enough for a light meal for one person.

* 1 oz. halved pecans = 20 halves
