Cranberry Jello Salad

INGREDIENTS

Cranberry Jello Salad

2 packages 3 oz. each Black Cherry Jello or (1-6 oz.
pkg)
1 can 8 oz. Crushed Pineapple (with juice)
1 can 16 oz. Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
1/2 cup Burgandy
2 cups Boiling Water
1/3 cup chopped pecans (or more)

INSTRUCTIONS

Put Jello in Serving bowl. Add boiling water to Jello; stir to dissolve. Add Cranberry Sauce.

Stir until sauce is well blended. Add other ingredients. Chill until set (approximately 4 hours).

CHEF COMMENTS

This is a good alternative to Cranberry Sauce served at Thanksgiving or Christmas.
