4 Layer Dip

INGREDIENTS
2 ripe avacadoes
lime juice (to taste)
1 pt sour cream (i use reduced fat)
16 oz salsa (mild, med or hot)
monterrey jack cheese (i buy the already shredded)
sliced black olives (optional)
8 x 8 pan (i find square works best & a glass pan lets you see the layers)
INSTRUCTIONS
Mash the 2 avacadoes, drizzle lime juice in and mix together. Spread on bottom of an 8x8 pan*. spread sour cream on top of the avacado (do not mix together). Spread the salsa on top of sour cream, then sprinkle the cheese on top of the salsa. Sprinkle black olives on top of the cheese (if desired). Chill for 1 hour.
CHEF COMMENTS
Serve with taco chips.
* I find square works best & a glass pan lets you see the layers.
