Hot Potato Salad

INGREDIENTS
1 pt. Helmans Mayo
1 pound Velvetta Cheese
1 pound bacon
1 bunch green onions
13-16 small red potatoes
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil red potatoes, with skin on, until they slide off fork. Fry bacon until very crisp and crumble. Chop green onions and cube Velvetta Cheese. Set aside.
Once potatoes are cool enough to handle, cut into quarters and place into a cassarole dish and mix with remaining ingredients.
Cover and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes and remove cover. Place dish back in over and bake an addition 10 minutes until golden brown.
