Apple Butter

Servings: 10 gallons

INGREDIENTS

15 gallons apple cider
6 gallons sour apple sauce
22 lbs. sugar
1/2 gallon light corn syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook cider down half. Add apple sauce, sugar and corn syrup. Cook shortly while mixing. Jar.
