INGREDIENTS
1/2 gallon ice cream
10 Oreo cookies (crushed)
4 T spoons Hershys fudge topping
1 loaf pan (11 3/4 by 5 1/2
3 T spoons of Creme De Menthe (can be purchased at a package store if grocery store doesn't have it.( also opitional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Let ice cream soften and place 1/2 of it in a bowl; stir until creamy. Add Creme De Menthe, place in loaf pan (11x3/4x5-1/2-inches). Crush Oreos and place on top of ice cream. Microwave fudge topping until warm and place on top of cookies. Add remaining ice cream. Cover with foil and freeze for about 4 hours.
CHEF COMMENTS
Any flavor of ice cream may be used.
Creme De Menthe can be purchased at a package store if grocery store doesn't have it.
