INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
1-3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/4 stick melted oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
1-7/8 cups milk
1 cup coconut
A little salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix in blender and pour in 9-1/2 inch pie plate. Bake at °F until knife inserted comes out clean (about 45 minutes).
