5 Pepper Salsa

INGREDIENTS

Brittany's 5 Pepper Salsa

3 extra large Tomatoes (your choice)
3-4 Roma tomatoes
2 cans Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz. size (your choice)
2 medium sized banana peppers
4 cloves garlic
1/4-1/2 jar jalapenos 12 oz. size (use some of the juice if you want more spice)
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
1 medium sized vidalia onion
Cilantro to your taste, don't use too much, it is powerful
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups white vinager
1 Tablespoons salt, and then salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Take all the ingredients and blend in food processor or blender until desired texture. For chunky salsa chop half of the ingredients by hand and puree the other half.

CHEF COMMENTS

I've been making salsa for 5+ years and this is the 1st time that it has been written down. This isn't very hot but is extra tasty!!! Enjoy!!
