Cabbage with Noodles

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. green cabbage, diced--1 small onion diced--1/4 cup canola oil--8 oz. wide egg noodles--salt and pepper to taste.

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large fry pan, add oil and saute chopped onion until soft, but not browned. Add diced cabbage, cover and cook on medium heat, mixing often until cabbage is lightly browned. Cook egg noodles according to directions. Mix cabbage and noodles together season with salt and pepper to taste.

CHEF COMMENTS

Goes great as a side dish with pork chops.
