Stewed Duck Feast

INGREDIENTS
2 ducks
1 large onion
salt & pepper
poultry seasoning
1 rutabaga, sliced
5 potatoes, cut up
INSTRUCTIONS
Put 6 cups of water in large pot, salt and pepper the ducks, sprinkle poultry seasoning. Cut up onion and bring to a boil. Let simmer 2 hours then add rutabaga and potatoes. Cook for another hour. When vegetables get tender dinner should be ready.

This is the way Tangier Island prepare their duck dinners.
You can cook a goose the same way.
