INGREDIENTS
1 average size pkg. FRESH brussel sprouts
water for steamer
2-3T brown sugar(or suit to taste)
1 onion chopped coarsly
salt&pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Steam brussel sprouts and onion until desired tenderness. Drain liquid, and add other ingredients. Heat together for 5-10 minutes.
CHEF COMMENTS
Simple ingredients that add to the taste of the brussel sprouts. The little bit of sauce gets brownish... yummy.
