Pumpkin Cookies

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. honey
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pumpkin
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream butter and honey. Beat in egg, vanilla, and pumpkin. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes.
