INGREDIENTS

1lb Jimmy Dean Sausage (bulk)Mild
1 lb Velvetta Cheese
1 jar Chi Chi salsa (large)
1 jar Taco Sauce
Chips

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown sausage in pan, drain grease. Add taco sauce, salsa and cheese. Stir until melted. I usually put in crockpot and heat on low.

CHEF COMMENTS

This is a great dip for any type of gathering my family loves it.

Sausage is not appropriate in this recipe. To make the queso creamy, like in the restaurant, use 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream. February 6, 2006
