Chocolate Cream Cheese Spread

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup heavy cream
2 oz. semisweet chocolate, cut up
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. orange zest, grated

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt cream and chocolate. Cool to lukewarm. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in chocolate mixture until light and fluffy (2 minutes.) Stir in orange zest. Refrigerate until firm.
