Quick and Easy Suger-Free Peach Pie

Servings: 12 servings

INGREDIENTS

1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup milk
2/3 cup fructose
1 stick melted margarine
3, 16 oz cans of peaches packed in juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt margarine in 13x9-inch pan. Mix flour, fructose and milk together until smooth. Pour over margarine into pan. Add 2 cans of the peaches, un-drained. Drain the third can of peaches, and pour into the pan. DO NOT STIR! Bake the mixture at 350°F for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

CHEF COMMENTS

This is a great dessert served either warm or cold.
