Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 dozen scale / convert
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Bisquick baking mix
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cups milk
3/4 cups chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
Line muffin pan with baking cups. Beat egg slightly in medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Divide batter evenly among baking cups. Bakeat 400°F for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
