Chocolate Chess Pie

INGREDIENTS

1-1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs, beaten
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated skim milk
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pie crust
Whipped cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine sugar and cocoa in bowl; mix well. Add eggs, evaporated milk, margarine and vanilla; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool. Garnish with whipped topping just before serving.
