Mushroom Crostini

INGREDIENTS
1 lb Mushrooms; thinly sliced
2 tb Butter
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1/2 c Parsley; chopped
White pepper
Salt
1 Shallot; chopped
4 Toasts; buttered
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter in pan. Cook mushrooms in butter until all liquid has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in shallots and garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in parsley and spoon over crostini.
