INGREDIENTS
6 egg whites, whipped
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
1-1/2 cup marshmallow cream
1/3 cup cocoa powder, sifted
3/4 cups unbleached flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare a 8-inch square pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, sugar, vanilla,and marshmallow cream. In another mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Bake for 30 minutes.
