Lemon Sweet and Sour Sauce

INGREDIENTS

2 lemons, juiced
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. water
1 tsp. cornstarch

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute peel in oil add sugar juice of 2 lemons. Mix cornstarch with water and add to mixture. Cook over medium heat until smooth and thick.

CHEF COMMENTS

This is excellent with chicken.
