INGREDIENTS
4 sm Ripe tomatoes
2 tb Reduced-calorie margarine;
-melted
Freshly ground pepper
1 tb Parmesan cheese
1 ts Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut each tomato into 6 sections, leaving stem ends intact. Brush insides of tomatoes with margarine; sprinkle with pepper and Parmesan cheese. Place each on a piece of aluminum foil; fold foil securely around each tomato. Cook tomatoes on grill over medium coals 10 to 15 minutes or until tomatoes are tender.
