Old Fashioned Pot Pie

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
Enough flour to make stiff dough
1 qt. chicken broth
1 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 medium sized potatoes, peeled and diced

INSTRUCTIONS

Add potatoes and celery to broth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. When it starts to boil, add your dough, which has been rolled thin and cut into small squares. Add each square seperate and keep boiling while adding. When all the squares are added, cook for 10-15 minutes. Stir occassionally. Have on low heat for last 10-15 minutes.
