INGREDIENTS
1 lb. Great Northern Beans
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. bacon
1 medium sized onion, chopped finely
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 pt. tomato juice
1/4 cup white vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
Soak beans overnight. Boil until tender without salt. Drain all water off but 1/2 cup. Mix all together. Bake 3-4 hours at 300°F.
