Cappuccino Mocha Mix

INGREDIENTS

6 tbsp. instant espresso coffee powder plus 2 tsp.
3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder plus 1 tsp.
1-1/4 cups coffee powder (or Plain Or Irish Cream)
5/8 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium bowl, stir together espresso coffee powder, cocoa, coffee powder, sugar and cinnamon. Store tightly covered. For each cup of cappuccino, measure 4 tablespoons mix into a coffee mug and stir in 6 oz. of boiling water.

CHEF COMMENTS

I only use about 1/2 the cinnamon called for and only use about 2 tablespoons of the mix per serving.
