Ham Loaf

SERVINGS

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. ground smoked ham
1 lb. ground fresh pork
3 cups Raisin Bran cereal
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper, to taste

Glaze
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 cup vinegar

Sauce
1/2 cup sugar
4 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup vinegar
3 tbsp. butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix ingredients and form into loaf shape. Bake 1-1/2 hours at 350°F in bread pan. Baste often with glaze.

Sauce:
Mix sugar mustard and salt in double boiler. Add milk and eggs; stir. Add vinegar and butter; stir. Cook until thick, but not too long to avoid being runny.
