SERVINGS
1 recipe scale / convert
INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. celery salt
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. pepper
4 tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together. Store in an airtight container.
CHEF COMMENTS
Great for coating pork chops, chicken, fish....or add a little to your favorite recipe.
