SERVINGS
3 dozen scale / convert
INGREDIENTS
1 cup shortening
1-1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2-3/4 cups flour, sifted
2 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Cream together shortening, sugar, and eggs. Stir in flour, soda and salt. Shape dough in balls the size of walnuts. Roll in sugar cinnamon mixture. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 400°F, or until lightly browned.
