Herbed Potato Wedges with Spicy Ketchup

INGREDIENTS

3 medium baking potatoes
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 375°F. Cut each potato into 8 wedges; put in large bowl. Toss potatoes with oil, basil, salt and pepper. Spread in single layer in large baking pan. Bake until tender, about 30 minutes. Stir together ketchup, chili sauce, vinegar and red pepper. Serve potatoes with ketchup mixture on the side.
