2 tb Powdered sugar
1 ts Vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix ingredients in a bowl and chill. Serve with scones and big bowls of fresh berries or served with as a dip with a fruit platter.

CHEF COMMENTS

This is a great appetizer for a brunch. This can be prepared 2 days ahead and refrigerate.
