Zesty Corn Salsa

INGREDIENTS
2 cups frozen corn, thawed
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. oil
INSTRUCTIONS
In medium bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until well chilled. Serve over grilled meats, poultry or fish.
CHEF COMMENTS
Great on anything grilled!
