Avocado-Orange Salsa

SERVINGS

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cups orange segments
3/4 cups avocado, peeled, seeded and cut in 1/2-inch cubes
2 limes, juice of
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 dash dried red pepper flakes
Salt, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients and toss gently.

CHEF COMMENTS

Serve with chips, or as a side for fish or chicken.
