Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie

INGREDIENTS
Crust:
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. sugar
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
Filling:
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/4 cup whipping cream, whipped
Optional:
Chocolate syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix crumbs, sugar and margarine and press into a 9-inch pie pan. Chill.
Beat ice cream and peanut butter until soft. Fold in whipped cream. Turn into crust. Freeze until firm.
If desired, swirl chocolate syrup into top of pie prior to freezing.
