What a great bread, and so easy to make!! Based on the other reviews, I increased the apples to 4 cups and the cinnamon to almost 3 tsp. It came out great! I also sprinkled some extra apple chunks on the top before I put them in the oven. I brought a loaf to work, and it was gone within a half hour, and people were asking where I got the recipe! I will most certainly make this again! :) October 12, 2006
