I love this recipe, have made it 4-5 times in the span of 2 weeks. My family of 5 sisters, one sister in law made breads, fudge, homemade noodles, cream puffs and dinner rolls to do a fund raiser. We sold 10 loaves of this bread. We love it, I did add more cinnamon as was suggested. This bread is moist and delicious. Nice break from banana and pumpkin, which was our best seller at the fund raiser. September 21, 2007
